Donise E. (Farmer) Pizziconi

LEOMINSTER----Donise E. (Farmer) Pizziconi, 73 years old, of Leominster died Monday, March 26, 2018 in UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Philip A. Pizziconi, son Scott A. Pizziconi of North Brookfield, daughter Melissa A. Kuehl and her husband James Kuehl, Sr. of Phillipston, brother Dennis Lawson of Taunton, sister Deborah Campbell of Manteca, CA, grandchildren Ryan Anderson, Lily Anderson, Nina Pizziconi and Nicole Pizziconi. She was predeceased by her sister Darlene “Midge” George in 1982.

Donise was born on July 13, 1944 in Washington, DC, daughter of Mark and Wilma (Synder) Farmer and had lived in Leominster for the past 56 years. She graduated from Leominster High School in 1962 and had worked for several years in the insurance industry.

Donise’s funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 3^rd at 11 am in the Silas F. Richardson & Son Funeral Home, 106 West Street, Leominster. A calling hour will precede the funeral service from 10 - 11 am in the funeral home. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
