Edward E. Murray

Leominster, MA --- Edward Earl Murray, 61years old, of Leominster passed away peacefully February 17, 2018 at HealthAlliance Leominster Hospital following a lengthy illness.

Ed was born in Fitchburg, on March 3rd, 1956, the son of the late Francis L. and Marie (Breault) Murray. Ed grew up in Fitchburg and graduated from Fitchburg High School and Mt. Wachusett Community College. He was employed by Digital Equipment Cooperation for many years.

He is survived by Penny Murray and son, Robert Edward Murray of Leominster.

Ed's son Robby was the pride and joy of his life. He always had a smile on his face and a joke on his lips. There is nothing Ed liked better than an interesting conversation about sports or politics.

He was a kind and gentle person who loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be missed but not forgotten.

A funeral mass for Edward will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 10am in Holy Family of the Nazareth Church, 750 Union St. Leominster. Burial will follow in St Johns Cemetery Clinton. There are no calling hours.
