LEOMINSTER---Pasquale “Pat” L. Scorzelli, 91 years old, of Leominster, died Friday, April 13, 2018 in the Sterling Village He is survived by his daughter, Diane Flanagan of Leominster; son, Pat Scorzelli of Leominster; sisters, Anna Gleason of Marlboro and Josephine White of Hudson; brother, Nicholas Scorzelli of Marlboro; three grandchildren, Jennifer Flanagan of Leominster, Erin Flanagan of Westminster and Timothy Flanagan and his wife Jennifer of Lincoln, RI; and four great-grandchildren, Isabella Rivera, Benjamin Bigusiak, Julia Flanagan and John Flanagan and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his former wife, Arlene M. (Serafino) Scorzelli; sisters Rose Ciani and Rachel Scorzelli; and brother, Angelo Scorzelli.
Pat was born on January 13, 1927 in Marlboro, son of Guiseppi and Pasqualina (Cerula) Scorzelli and had lived in Leominster for many years. He was a World War II U.S. Navy Veteran and was awarded the China Service Medal, American Area Campaign Medal, European African Middle East Campaign Medal, Asiatic Campaign Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal. Pat attended the New England School of Fine Arts and Vesper George School of Art in Boston. Pat had worked as a graphic artist for various companies in the area. He was the designer/sculptor at the former A.J. Renzi Plastics Company in Leominster for many years before his retirement. After his retirement, he enjoyed his part-time job working in the office at CHL in Leominster where he enjoyed the friendship of many wonderful people who considered him family. He will be sadly missed by all. He was an avid golfer and a member of the Monoosnok Country Club. He was a member of St. Anna Parish in Leominster.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 19th from the Silas F. Richardson & Son Funeral Home, 106 West Street, Leominster with a Mass at 11 am in St. Anna Parish, 194 Lancaster Street, Leominster. Burial with military honors will be private at a later date. Calling hours will be held on Thursday morning from 9:00 - 10:30 am in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Sterling Village Activities Fund, 18 Dana Hill Road, Sterling, MA 01564.
