Joe was born in Leominster on December 15, 1955, son of the late Raymond C. and Lillian (Bastine) Caissey and had lived in Leominster until moving to Gardner three years ago. He attended St. Cecilia’s Grammar School and was a 1974 graduate of Leominster High School. He served as Class Marshal for his class at graduation. Joe loved his Leominster Blue Devils, serving as team manager and cheering them on his entire life. Many generations of Leominster athletes will remember Joe. He was also well known in the downtown area, completing many food runs and errands for local businesses and being a friend to all. Joe was a parishioner at St. Leo’s Church, where he was a collector for many years. He was a former member of the St. Jean’s Club and the Tankard softball team.

Joe’s family would like to thank Donna Baker and the Clark Street Staff for helping Joe enjoy his time with them, these last 3 years.
