LEOMINSTER---John P. McLaughlin, 63 years old of Leominster, died Friday, October 27, 2017 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He is survived by his parents John B. and Frances C. (Centracchio) McLaughlin of Leominster, 2 sisters Noreen C. Beaulieu of Hubbardston and Megan A. Palmieri and her husband Daniel of Princeton; 3 brothers James F. McLaughlin and his wife Anna of Fitzwilliam, NH, Michael B. McLaughlin of Westminster and Kenneth C. McLaughlin and his wife Jody of Rutland; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Steven D. McLaughlin in 2000 and his brother-in-law James E. Beaulieu in 2012.

Jack was born January 17, 1954 in Leominster and was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Leominster High School in 1973 and worked as a machinist and quality inspector for General Electric for many years, before retiring 2 years ago. Jack was a fan of NASCAR and he loved animals.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 1st at 11 am in Evergreen Cemetery, 357 Main Street, Leominster. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 31st from 4-7 pm in the Silas F. Richardson & Son Funeral Home, 106 West Street, Leominster. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Animal Shelter, Inc., 17 Laurelwood Road, Sterling, MA 01564.
