Dear Joyce & Family,

Please accept our deepest sympathies over Rick's sudden death. Needless to say we were all in shock. He will be missed by all of his Aruba beach buddies. We will miss him at our dinners as well. Our Aruba holidays will not be the same without him.

Take care,

Kevin, Susan & Family

To the Hebert Family
I’m sure you don’t know me. I was Ricks cashier at Market Basket every Saturday morning. Through our brief conversations, I got to know him as a kind
honorable man who loved his family. Through our conversation and laughter, he made me a better person. I have been ill myself and out of work, hence, I didn’t know that he hadn’t been in. And I don’t get the paper, so I didn’t know that he had passed. Tonight, I began thinking of how much I miss my customers. Of course, he was the first to come to mind. I had my husband go on line and check. My heart is broken that he will no longer stroll the isles of Market Basket with his wonderful smile and his contagious laughter. He made everyone he came in contact with, smile.
My heart is with all of you, his family; that he talked about all the time.
It is my firm Christian belief that he no longer suffers, and rests in the arms of your Savior and mine.
My deepest sympathies to you all
