Anna K. (Sushchyk) Hancock

Anna Katherine (Sushchyk) Hancock, 94 passed away February 7, 2025 in Beaufort, SC. She was born in Sterling, MA and was the daughter of Jacob and Kateryna (Naumowicz) Sushchyk.

She graduated from Leominster High School in 1948. She lived in Florida City, FL as well as Sterling, MA. She was employed in food services. Anna enjoyed, traveling to Florida, crocheting, playing bingo and cards, and was the happiest when she was busy and on the go.

She is survived by two daughters, Joanne (Wajda) Beyer of Beaufort, SC and Laurey (Wajda) Cousins and her husband Aldrich of Worcester, MA,  five grandchildren, Benjamin Cousins, Elizabeth Cousins, Eric Beyer, Megan Beyer and Sarah (Cousins) Montiverdi, step-children, Cindy (Hancock) Marcey, Larry Hancock and Paula (Hancock) Belongie, and many nieces and nephews.

Anna was predeceased by her first husband, Chester in 1968 and David Hancock in 2018 as well as her two brothers, Michael and William.

The burial will be held at St. John's Cemetery, Parker Road, Lancaster, MA on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 10:30 AM.
