Anthony Roberto Obituary

Anthony Vincent Roberto, known affectionately to friends and family as Tony, passed away unexpectedly on March 8, 2024, surrounded by the love of a family he cherished deeply. Tony was born on August 5, 1974, in the town of Leominster, MA.

Tony's life was a symphony of laughter, intelligence, and adventure. He was a man who danced to the beat of his own drum. He was born to parents, Ernest and Margaret Roberto, both of whom had taken their final bows before him. They undoubtedly contributed to his kindness, sharp wit, and warm spirit. The joy he brought to his family extended to his sisters, Christina Ramos, Stephanie Hastings, and Diana Wells. Kirk Geddes, who was like a brother to him. A son whom he loved with all of his heart and soul, as well as nieces, nephews, and the next generation of greats, who would all agree that Uncle Tony was the coolest. His early years were like an opening act that promised an epic show. One of Tony's most electrifying acts was building a working Tesla Coil for the LHS Science Fair.

Tony, the jester, the sage, the explorer of life's grand tapestry, was a man whose intelligence led him through adventures both grand and intimate, his life a tale for the ages. His thirst for the unknown, and his adventurous spirit, carried him near and far, his life a bold and daring voyage. Tony could play almost any instrument he laid his hands on, but the guitar was his favorite. He also had a way with words and harbored ambitions of scripting tales for the silver screen in Hollywood. If life is a stage, then Tony played every part with gusto. He had a comedic flair that could lighten even the heaviest of hearts. His intellect was as sharp as his humor, always ready with a quip or a fact to keep you on your toes. He was the embodiment of the idea that life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. Now, let us not speak of Tony's end but of his legacy, the joy he imparted, the love he gave, and the lives he touched. He left behind a melody that will resonate through the halls of time.

Calling hours will be held for Tony on Friday, March 22, 2024, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Richardson Funeral Home, located at 106 West St. Leominster. Burial will follow in St. Leo's Cemetery, Leominster.
