Catherine Wilbon Obituary

LEOMINSTER---Catherine is the daughter of Upshur and Annie Needam. Catherine graduated in 1952 from Central Needle Trade School, also known as the New York Fashion Institute. In 1954, she married Otis Henry Wilbon and to this union of 54 years, one child was born (Eric). Being the wife of a military man, she traveled extensively all over the world with her husband and son. She was the wife and mother of the household where ever they lived. She enjoyed interior decorating, shopping, crossword puzzles and reading. Her greatest joy was her family which made her life complete. Catherine departed her life on Thursday, November 24th surrounded by her loving family.

She leaves her treasured memories to: her son, Eric Otis Wilbon and daughter-in-law, Earnestine Wilbon of Leominster, MA whom she lived with. She also leaves her three grandchildren Jared, Erica and Anton Wilbon all of MA, three great grandchildren, Mya, Ava and Jayden; one sister, Louise Thompson of Bronx, NY; nieces Darlene Thompson of Hackensack, NJ, Valarie Smith of Marino Valley, CA and nephew Gary Thompson of Bridgeport, CT, sister-in-laws, Mary Emma Coleman-Harris (Dea. Rochell) of Albany, GA, Geraldine Teele of Cleveland, OH, Katie Bishop of Dawson, GA, brother-in-law, Harris Wilbon (Stacey Jackson) of Bronwood, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The funeral and burial services will be held in Bronwood, Georgia.
