Cindy Lou Salvatelli, 71, a beloved wife, sister, daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt, and cherished caregiver, passed away on 12/17/25, surrounded by love. She was born July 19, 1954, daughter of the late Ellsworth and Theresa Wilber in Keene, NH.
Cindy (Miss Cindy, Cici) was the heart of her family and a guiding light to all who knew her. As a devoted mother and grandmother, she gave endlessly of herself, offering unconditional love, steady guidance, and a warm presence that made everyone feel safe and valued. Her home was a place of comfort, FOOD, laughter, and acceptance, where family and friends were always welcome.
She had a deep love for sports and devoted countless hours to cheering from the sidelines, chasing her children – and later her grandchildren – across dance studio’s, fields, and hockey rinks. Whether bundled up in the cold or sitting in the stands with unwavering enthusiasm, she was always there, proud and supportive, never missing a game or recital!
For many years, Miss Cindy owned and operated a daycare, where she touched countless young lives. To the children she cared for, she was more than a caregiver, she was a teacher, a nurturer and a source of encouragement. Through crafts, cooking, baking, creativity, patience and structure, she helped shape strong character and kind hearts. Parents trusted her deeply, knowing their children were in the most loving and capable hands. She maintained relationships with both the parents and the kids she cared for well beyond their daycare years.
Cindy had a gift for making people feel seen and heard. She freely shared advice grounded in wisdom, compassion, and common sense, and her words often carried long after they were spoken. She believed in doing what was right, treating others with kindness, and finding joy in simple moments.
She is survived by her loving husband (Fred Salvatelli), children (Tara and Corey Salvatelli), daughter in law (Julie Salvatelli), grandchildren (Jack, Reese and Taylor Salvatelli), extended family and the many individuals whose lives were forever enriched by her care and guidance. She was predeceased by her parents Ellsworth and Theresa Wilber, sister Sandra Wilber, and brother Robert Wilber. Her legacy lives on in the values she instilled, the love she shared and the generations she helped raise. Her grandchildren were the greatest joy she knew, and her love will forever live on in their hearts.
Cici will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her warmth, generosity, boundless dedication to her family and the profound impact she had on her community of friends.
Calling hours will be January 31, 2026 10am-12pm at Richardson’s Funeral Home, followed by a reception at Monoosnock Country Club 12pm-3pm.
