Dale R. Williams Jr.

Dale Robertson Williams Jr., age 33, affectionately known as Rob and Junior, was born on August 12, 1987 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts and died on September 8, 2020 at Health Alliance Hospital in Leominster, Massachusetts, with one of his sisters by his side.

Those who knew Rob, even for a short amount of time lost a shining light in their lives. He will be fondly remembered for his big smile, his magnetic personality, and most of all, his big heart.

Rob’s struggle with addiction was a battle that he waged for years. He never gave up and fought tirelessly, always remaining hopeful about his future.　Rob's perseverance, loyalty and radiant energy are only a few of the many qualities we hope he will be remembered for.

Among his many interests were freestyling, beatboxing, drawing, writing and a shared a love of video gaming with his son.

Holding several jobs throughout his adult life, he enjoyed physical labor most, working in both the moving and construction industries.

Above all, those who knew him best, knows he loved his family fiercely. The day he died, a part of us died along with him and we will miss him every day. The pain of his death is heartbreaking, which is why we want his story to be heard. The only way we will conquer the opiate epidemic is to share our stories, raise awareness and fight the stigma.

He is survived by his mother Alexi Koroskenyi of Leominster, MA, father Dale Williams of Clayton, LA, his son Jayden Williams, and Jayden’s mother Nicole Vonthien both of Leominster, MA. His sisters Lydia Ramos, Danielle Koroskenyi and Gabrielle Woolley all of Leominster, MA, Shameka and Shakeda Bowman of Lake Charles, LA, LaToya Carter of Natchez, LA, Torsheika Taylor of Ferriday, LA, and Michelle Edwards of Dobson, LA, as well as a large extended family of many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be at the Silas F. Richardson & Son Funeral Home, 106 West St Leominster, on Tuesday September 15, 2020 from 5-7 pm. Masks are required., and social distancing must be followed.

A private service will be held for the family preceding calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Robert’s name to an addiction organization of your choice or a donation can be made directly to the family for his son Jayden. An account will be opened in Jayden’s name for his future.
