David W. Quarles

LEOMINSTER --- David W. Quarles, 72 years old of Leominster, died August 3, 2021 in Health Alliance Leominster Hospital.

David was born October 16, 1948 in Pittsburg, PA, the son of the late Robert M. Quarles Jr, and Elsie L. (Washington) Quarles. He was a graduate of Boston English High School, and was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War attaining the rank of SGT. He was Vice Commander of the American Legion Post 429 in Fitchburg. Dave worked at Bull, Honeywell, and Celestica, and was also a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

He leaves his brothers, Lee and his wife Yvonne, and Gerald and his wife Delphine both of Florida, his brother, Gary and his sisters, Leslie Thorpe, Alison Spinola and her husband Barry, all of New Bedford, and his son Tony. He also leaves many nieces, nephews and friends, and his companion of 31 years, Audrey Thomas, who will miss him dearly.

He was predeceased by his brothers, Robert and Douglas.

Private services were held, with burial in St. Leos Cemetery, Leominster.
