Diane C. (Miles) Gauvin

LEOMINSTER --Diane C. (Miles) Gauvin, 67 years old, of Leominster, died Sunday, April 3, 2016 in HealthAlliance-Leominster Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 45 years Richard P. Gauvin; two sons, Douglas C. Gauvin and his wife Jessica of Leominster and Daniel P. Gauvin of Leominster; a sister, Beverly R. Stone of Leominster; her brother-in-law, Brother Paul Gauvin of Rhode Island; two grandchildren Amelia Gauvin and Zachary Racicot; and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her brother Richard C. Miles in 2003.

Diane was born in Leominster on February 19, 1949, the daughter of Carroll C. and M. Genevieve (Hallett) Miles, Jr. and was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Leominster High School in 1967. Diane had worked at her father’s company Miles-Kedex Co. in Leominster and at various banks in the area. She then worked at Shaw’s Supermarkets in Leominster and Worcester for 25 years. She was lifelong member of the Pilgrim Congregational Church in Leominster.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 11 am in the Pilgrim Congregational Church, 26 West Street, Leominster. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 6^th from 5-7 pm in the Silas F. Richardson & Son Funeral Home, 106 West Street, Leominster.
