It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Doris Beauvais (Berube), who was born on September 8, 1930, and peacefully left this world on September 26, 2024. Doris resided in Gardner, Massachusetts, but formerly lived in Leominster, Massachusetts.
She was preceded in death by her beloved spouse, Philip Beauvais, whom she was married to for 53 years. Together, they shared a beautiful life and raised three children, Dennis (spouse Mary), Dwayne (spouse Corrine) and Darlene. Doris also leaves behind five grandchildren, Shawn Beauvais, Julie Beauvais, Katalin Krieger, Brendan Beauvais, and Jesse Beauvais.
Doris was a born-again Christian, and previously attended Leominster Assembly. Doris was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who dedicated her life to her family. She had a kind and compassionate spirit, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her love and presence will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
May she rest in peace, free from pain and suffering. Doris Beauvais will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
A funeral service for Doris will be held on Wednesday, October 2, at 11am at Richardson Funeral Home 106 West St. Leominster. A calling hour will precede the funeral service from 10 – 11am. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster.
