Dorothy R. (MaCleod) MacPherson

Dorothy (MacLeod) MacPherson of  Leominster, MA., died at The Highlands on March 29, 2026.

Dorothy was a former registered nurse who worked for Dr. Anthony Aloia for many years. Dorothy was born on July 19, 1923 in Springfield , MA . She lived in Leominster for most of her adult life .

She was predeceased by husband Ronald MacPherson, parents Isabella (MacAskill) MacLeod and Malcolm MacLeod, aunt Christine MacAskill, loving sister Helen (MacLeod) Clements, brother in-law John Clement’s, and long time friend W. Gordon Graham.

At Dorothy’s request there are no calling hours or funeral. Burial will be at a later date.
