It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwayne Philip Beauvais, who died unexpectedly on April 9, 2024 at his residence in Westminster MA. He was 67 years old. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden death. Dwayne was born on June 26, 1957 in Fitchburg Mass to Doris (Berube) and the late Philip Beauvais.
He grew up in Leominster, MA and attended Leominster High School.
He was employed at Unitil in Fitchburg Mass for 40 years before his retirement, where he worked as a meter reader and in the Gas Service Department.
Dwayne’s faith was the most important part of his life, and his love for God was obvious to all who met him. He was a member of Shutesbury Community Church, where he served as head of the building Committee, and he was a member of the weekly bible study. His family, friends and church were the love of his life and he was always there for anyone in need.
Besides his mother Doris, Dwayne is survived by his loving wife Corrine (Stacey) of 43 years; and his children, Katalin Krieger and her significant other Scott Destadio, Brendan Beauvais and his wife Elizabet and Jesse Beauvais. He will be missed and remembered by his four grandchildren, Jaxson and Madison Krieger, and Arya and Tristan Beauvais who he cherished spending time with. He leaves behind his sister Darlene Beauvais of Gardner, MA. He is also survived by his Godmother Elaine Craigen of Fitchburg, MA.
He will be missed by his Mother in law Edith (Christie) Stacey and his sister in laws Christine Stacey and her husband Philip Lefeburie of Atkinson NH, and Diane Stacey of Fitchburg MA. Dwayne was predeceased by his father Philip, his brother Dennis, his sister in law Mary, and his father in law Earl Stacey.
Wake and Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 starting at 10:00 A.M with services at 11 am. at Richardson Funeral Home, 106 West street , Leominster, MA. Burial ceremony will follow at the Woodside Cemetery, 9 Narrows Road, Westminster, MA.
