Elizabeth Huggins-Fontanilla Obituary

Leominster- Elizabeth Anne Huggins-Fontanilla, 76, died Monday, March 8, in her home.

Elizabeth was born July 12, 1944, in Baltimore, Maryland, daughter of the late Hamilton and Mary Elizabeth (Camp) Huggins and lived in Severna Park before moving to Leominster to be near her daughter and family. Elizabeth was a Registered Nurse. She was passionate about music and played violin and piano. Her love for her grandchildren and great grandchildren was immeasurable. They fondly called her "Sessy" which she adored. She lovingly decorated cakes for her grandchildren. Elizabeth loved to travel and spend time with her family. Her dogs, Fiddler and Melody, were very important to her.

She leaves two daughters, Kimberly Bunner and husband, Christopher of Leominster and Mary Elizabeth "Lisa" Ellinghaus and husband, Jason of Forest Hill, MD; grandchildren, Christina Evans, Ashley Bunner, Alec Evans, Nicholas Bunner, Megan Evans and Samantha Bunner; great grandchildren, Amelia and Jonathan; brother, David Huggins and wife, Amy of Baltimore, MD; and her former husband, Dr. Manuel Fontanilla of Baltimore, MD.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her grandson, Mitchell Evans.

Funeral services will be private.
