Loving Husband, Father and Friend

George A. Wallace, Jr., 87 years old, of Myrtle Beach, SC, formerly longtime resident of 45 Longwood Ave. Leominster, passed away on May 1, 2020 after a brief illness. He is survived by his son, George A. Wallace, III and his fiancée Donna Disando; daughter, Holly (Wallace) Seamans; 4 stepchildren, Peter Leblanc and his wife Janine, Michael Leblanc, Debbie Cormier and her husband Dennis and Marie Leblanc; sister Carol Panos; 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, a niece Sandra Synder and her husband John. George was predeceased by his wife Lorraine (L’Ecuyer) Wallace, sister Marge Shore and her husband Robert.

George was born August 14, 1932 in Leominster, son of the late George A. and Lillian (Bashaw) Wallace, Sr. and graduated from Leominster High School in 1952. He was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. George had worked for the Leominster School System for over 30 years, before retiring in 1995. He was a member of St. Leo’s Church in Leominster.

Funeral services are private. Burial will be in St. Leo’s Cemetery, Leominster.
