Jack T. Blanchard

Belchertown- Jack T. Blanchard, 35, of Belchertown, formerly of Ashby, died Tuesday, February 6, after a short illness.

Jack was born in July 22, 1988, in Fitchburg, son of Thomas and Lisa (Lystila). He graduated from the Drafting program at Monty Tech in 2006. Jack loved his career in packaging design working all over Massachusetts, most recently at Pioneer Packaging in Chicopee. Jack enjoyed so many things; flea markets in the Spring, car shows with his numerous VW friends, collecting vinyl records and pyrex or anything Mid-Century Modern. Mostly, Big Jack loved his friends and family.

Besides his parents, Thomas and Lisa of Ashby, he leaves his brother, Kevin (Ret. Navy) of CA; uncles, John (Cindy) Blanchard of Rindge, NH, Chuck Blanchard of NC and Matt Sullivan (Kate) of GA; aunt, Laura (Peter) Blanchard of Fitchburg; numerous cousins.

He was predeceased by his brother, Bryan, his Paternal grandparents, Carl and Ann Blanchard, maternal grandparents, Robert Lystila and Louise Lystila, uncle James Blanchard and aunts, Mary Graham and Linda Williams.

A gathering to celebrate Jack will be held in the Spring.
