Jean Lambert

Jean H. Lambert, of Leominster, MA, passed away peacefully on August 3rd, 2024, after a valiant battle with cancer. Born on November 2, 1960, she was 63 years young.

Jean was supported by DDS and Open Sky Case Management. Jean also attended the ARC where she attended CBDS in her younger years where she did piecework. Jean was a source of light to all who knew her, and her absence will be deeply felt.

A loving mother, Jean's legacy is cherished by her son Robert Lambert, Jr. of Athol, MA. She took pride in her role as his mother and was also an avid animal lover and called her Pomeranian Heidi her little princess.

Jean is preceded in death by her parents, Donald, and Theresa (Charbonneau) Barnes, and sister Wanda Lee. Jean was 1 of 10 siblings, Richard, Robert, Donald, Jerry, Warren, Norma, Evelyn, and Donna.

Jean's friendships were deep and enduring. Carole and Gladys were her best friends, they stood by her side through the many seasons of life. Together, they shared laughter, tears, and countless memories that are now priceless treasures. Jean loved cooking, latch hooking, and writing poetry. Outside of spending time with her son, who was the cornerstone of her world, her passion was walking with the lord. Her memory will continue to guide and comfort those she leaves behind, as they remember her not for the finality of her departure, but for the enduring impact of her presence. Her story does not end with her passing but lives on through the countless lives she touched.

A funeral service for Jean will be held on Monday, August 19th at 4:00 PM in the Richardson Funeral Home, 106 West St. Leominster.
