Joyce Fillebrown Kuriger, 88, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026. She leaves behind her daughter, Susan Campbell and husband Robert; her son, Chuck Siomos and wife, Jenni-lee; 5 grandchildren, Benjamin and his partner Erin Haley, Alexander, and Mikayla Campbell, Gabriana and Mason Siomos; pand 2 great-granddaughters, Madallyn and Millie Campbell.
Joyce graduated from Lunenburg High School in 1955. She worked for CVS for over 10 years and later attended Henri’s Hairdressing School, owning and operating Joyce’s haircare for over 35 years.
Also known as “Nana” to many, she embodied a kind heart and a strong spirit. She loved all things home and family, and there was nothing she wouldn’t do for the people she cared about.
For several years, she served as the official car show grill master every Wednesday and Friday at the family-owned business JR’s Pub and Patio.
Joyce was pre-deceased by a daughter, Kathy Marie, her ex-husbands, Kerry Siomos and William Kuriger. Her twin brother, Roger Fillebrown, sister, Ethel Marino and husband Ernest and nieces, Gail Dunn and Karen Pickett. She was also predeceased by her life-long very best friend, Connie Hoover. She also leaves behind many wonderful friends and former clients.
A celebration of life will be held on June 24, 2026 from 2-5 at Ill Forno restaurant, Lunenburg, MA.
