Julie Griffin Warner passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025, at the age of 42 in Haverhill, MA after an illness. Born on January 10, 1983, in Leominster, MA, Julie's life was a testament to her enduring spirit and the love she shared with those around her. Julie grew up in Leominster, where she attended Leominster High School, graduating with the class of 2001. Her vibrant personality and warm smile made her many friends throughout the years. Julie had an innate ability to connect with people from all walks of life, a quality that served her well in her various professional roles.
In her career, Julie worked as a waitress and bartender at several area restaurants. In more recent years, Julie found her calling as a handyperson and caretaker, a role in which she not only fixed what was broken but also mended hearts with her kindness and empathy. Julie's interests were a reflection of her love for the outdoors and living beings. Her golfing career started several years ago, and she enjoyed the companionship and friendly competition with her 3 favorite golfers. Paddleboarding was another of her passions, embracing the serenity of gliding across the pond that she lived on. Above all, Julie loved animals, and her gentle nature made her a favorite among the many pets she encountered and especially, the animals she helped take care of for her neighbor. Julie especially loved hanging out with family and friends and enjoyed the family beach vacations.
Those who knew Julie best would describe her as the epitome of kindness. Her selfless actions and warm demeanor left an indelible mark on the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Julie's life was a beacon of light and joy, even in times of personal sorrow following the passing of her beloved father, Ronald Griffin, in 2020, and her dear husband, Jason Warner, in 2021.
Julie's memory will be lovingly preserved by her mother, Sharon Griffin of Leominster; her brother, Thomas Griffin, also of Leominster; her loving boyfriend, Christopher Dayton of Ashby; and her cherished stepdaughter, Sophia Dayton. She also leaves several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a community of friends. Julie's journey on earth may have concluded, but the impact of her generous spirit and the memories she created will continue to resonate with all who had the privilege of encountering her warmth. She will be profoundly missed, yet the love and light she spread will forever illuminate the lives of those she touched.
