Lisa Anne Scipione, a beacon of warmth and generosity, passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 63, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on August 14, 1961, in Leominster, Massachusetts, Lisa lived a life characterized by love, kindness, and dedication to those she held dear. She remained in her hometown of Leominster throughout her life, a community she cherished and contributed to with her presence and passion.
Lisa's professional journey as an accountant spanned an impressive 40 years at Rosen and Associates LLP, where she was not only respected for her meticulous work but also beloved for her compassionate nature and ability to brighten the day of everyone she encountered. Her commitment to her role was paralleled only by her commitment to her family and friends, who were the epicenter of her world.
A devoted mother, Lisa is survived by her son, Michael Ghilardi, and her daughter-in-law, Kaytlin Ghilardi, who will forever remember her as the heart of their family. Her loving boyfriend, Richard Bushnell, his daughter Jordin Lee Bushnell, grandson Jaxon, and significant other Chris Harris shared many cherished moments with Lisa.
Lisa's interests extended beyond her professional and family life, as she found joy and excitement in watching football and baseball. Her enthusiasm for the games was infectious, and many will recall the spirited conversations and friendly debates that arose during the sports seasons. These moments of shared passion and camaraderie will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of experiencing them with her.
Those who knew Lisa would unanimously agree that the words loving, kind, and generous perfectly encapsulate the essence of who she was. She approached life with an open heart, always ready to give of herself and lift others up. Her legacy of love and selflessness has left an indelible mark on the lives of those she touched.
As we bid farewell to Lisa, we celebrate a life lived with purpose and brimming with affection. Her radiant smile and the laughter that often accompanied her storytelling will be greatly missed, yet they continue to resonate in the memories she leaves behind. Lisa's influence and the love she shared will carry on, a testament to a life well lived and a person deeply loved.
Lisa's story is not one of an ending but a lasting impression—a life that will continue to inspire and guide us as we cherish her memory and strive to embody the virtues she exemplified. She has left us with a legacy of love, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
