Lorraine (Farinelli) Kamataris

Lorraine (Farinelli) Kamataris of Leominster, born September 2, 1929, daughter of Philip Farinelli and Catherine Del Bove, passed away at the Highlands on Sunday, April 11, into eternal life with Jesus Christ.

She was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Timothy Kamataris Sr. and her son, Thomas Kamataris. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Philip Jr., Anthony and Peter, her sister, Theresa Velletri and her son in law, Ken Becker, husband of Donna Becker.

She leaves her daughter, Gail and her husband, Frank; sons, Timothy Kamataris and wife, Carol, Rick Kamataris and wife, Shari; daughter in law, Dee Dee Kamataris, wife of the late Thomas Kamataris; sister, Mary Farinelli Pappani and husband, Anthony Pappani; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

She was the owner of Tim’s Diner in Leominster for 67 years. She was loved by all and known as Mama to all. She was blessed to have spent many Summers at her beach house in Salisbury where had an open house daily. She will be forever missed by her family and loved ones.

The family wishes to thank all the caregivers at the Highlands who gave such wonderful care to her for the past 1.5 years.
