Michael J. Ciuffetti died suddenly at Exeter Hospital on September 27, 2024. He was born January 10, 1962, at Burbank Hospital in Fitchburg, MA and grew up in Lunenburg, graduating from Lunenburg High School in 1980.
He was a fantastic cook and avid sports lover who enjoyed playing hockey, baseball, basketball and golf. He grew up as a Whalom kid and loved his friends from there more than anything. He would be happy to debate politics with anyone who would listen. Michael was one of the most sincere and kind-hearted people you could know. He will always be remembered as a loving friend and husband. Michael was an organ donor and was able to give the gift of donation on his last day.
He leaves his wife of 28 years, Suzanne (Arpano) Ciuffetti, their 2 cats Fozzie & Kermit; his parents, Joesph and Bonnie (Thomas) Ciuffetti of Lunenburg; his sister Sherry Ciuffetti of New York; and his nephew Andre Chusan, also of New York. Michael also leaves his family by marriage to include, Donna (Arpano) and Thomas Burton, of Pownal, ME, Patricia (Arpano) and Russell Cook of Fitchburg and Steven and Kathy (Latini) Arpano of Leominster along with 8 nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Joseph Ciuffetti Jr.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Michael to the Danville Fire Association, 208 Main Street, Danville, NH 03819.
