Phylis Warren Obituary

Phylis Warren, age 75, passed away peacefully on September 28,2023 after a long battle with cancer. Phylis was born on January 2, 1948, in Leominster Massachusetts to Rocco and Joan Dellechiaie (Reaville). She married Thomas Warren who preceded her in death.

Phylis is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Rocco & Lynnette Valentine-Warren and his two children Emmalee and Alex Warren, her sister Ida Booth, her brother Jim Dellechiaie and her many nephews and nieces. All of whom she loved deeply.

Phylis was a long time employee for Leominster Hospital where she retired from after long years of service.

Please join the family in celebrating Phylis’s life Thursday, October 5 at the Fitchburg Leominster Lodge of the Elks 134 North Main Street at 5pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Fitchburg, Leominster Lodge of the Elks to support the scholarship fund.
