Richard C. Lizotte

Leominster --- Richard C. Lizotte, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away peacefully on Friday, May 15, 2020 at Sterling Village, one day after his 83 rd birthday. He was born in Fitchburg on May 14, 1937 to the late Mary C. (Leys) and Clarence J. Lizotte. He attended Worcester Boys Trade and graduated from the plumbing program. He owned and operated a plumbing and heating business for over 30 years, working throughout the Worcester County area.

He enjoyed skiing, swimming, and bike riding, but most of all spending time with his family. He lived his life with a happy demeanor and positive attitude. He had a smile and joke for everyone that he met.

He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 50 years, Mary (Niccoli) Lizotte, his beloved children, daughter Pamela Carrescia and her husband John, son Brian Lizotte and his wife Melissa. Three treasured grandchildren, Amanda Carrescia, Chris Carrescia, and Emma Lizotte. He is survived by his sister Jane Scola, brother-in-law Joseph Niccoli, sister-in-law Louisa Piacentini and her husband Peter, and many dear nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sister Leslie Pike, brother-in-law Al Scola, sister-in-law Jennie Resteghini and her husband John.
