Robert N. Spinelli: Sr

February 19, 1956 ~ December 30, 2021 (age 65)


LEOMINSTER --- Robert N. Spinelli Sr; 65 years old of Leominster passed away, December 30, 2021 after a brief illness in U-Mass ~ University Campus, Worcester.

He is survived by his children, Gloria Spinelli, Christine Spinelli, Bobbi-Lee Spinelli, Robert Spinelli Jr, Andrew Spinelli and Jacob Spinelli, 2 step children, Jessica Spinelli and Karl McDowell, 25 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren, his kitty companion Daisy, his eldest brother Rocco Spinelli, and his younger brother Frank Spinelli and his wife Melissa. He also leaves behind a large extended family that loves him and will miss him.  

He was predeceased by his sister Eva Marie.

Bobby was an extreme sports fan; he was a champion candle pin bowler with Mason Bowling Alley. Bobby worked for many years overnight as a customer support associate, so he could coach his kid’s baseball teams, retiring in 2019.

Anyone that knew Bobby, knew that he had a strong work ethic, and was reliable to a fault. Anyone who encountered Bobby would know he had an iced coffee always close by. When Bobby was not running on Dunkins, he was watching his favorite show- Star Trek, or listening to Elvis Presley, as well as sitting and enjoying his retirement with Daisy.

Calling hours for Robert will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 5~ 7pm in the Richardson Funeral Home, 106 west St. Leominster. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
