Beloved Brother and Friend Thomas Hulecki, 72, died unexpectedly at his home in Leominster, Massachusetts, on February 14, 2026.
Born on November 14, 1953, in Leominster, Massachusetts, to Edmond and Cecile (Baril) Hulecki, Tom was one of nine siblings and the twin brother of Timothy Hulecki. He was predeceased by his beloved parents and three sisters-in-law, Helen Hulecki, Paula Hulecki, and Shelia Hulecki.
Tom leaves behind his devoted siblings: Robert Hulecki of Sterling, MA; Paul Hulecki of Leominster, MA; John Hulecki of Gardner, MA; Anne Carr of Concord, NH; his twin brother Timothy Hulecki of Fitchburg, MA; Joseph Hulecki of Winchendon, MA; James Hulecki of Ashby, MA; and Stephen Hulecki of Clinton, MA. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
A 1973 graduate of Leominster High School, Tom was a proud lifelong resident of Leominster and spent many years living on Eden Glen. Over the years, he became known by many for his kindness and generosity. Tom often spent his free time helping elderly neighbors with tasks around their homes, quietly offering support wherever it was needed.
Tommy cherished time spent with his twin brother Tim and with his friends. He became the glue of the family, faithfully checking in with his siblings nearly every night. His steady presence, humor, and loyalty meant more than words can express. A hardworking and dedicated man, Tom spent over 20 years caring for the elderly and special needs children at his job with Need A Lift in Leominster. Though he occasionally considered cutting back his hours, clients frequently requested Tommy by name, knowing no one cared for them quite as attentively and compassionately as he did. He will be greatly missed by many.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM in the funeral home.
