Tibor "Tibby" Kobor

Tibor “Tibby” Kobor, 86, formerly of Lynn, died Tuesday, August 16, at Regal Care at Worcester after an illness.

Mr. Kobor was born October 5, 1935, in Hungary, son of the late Karoly and the late Maria (Czuri) Kobor. He enjoyed traveling, gardening, eating and playing the lottery.

He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara (Wessell) Kobor, his sons, Peter and John, and was the last of six brothers.

He leaves two daughters, Marianna (Kobor) Walters and husband, Dan, and Jennifer Kobor; five grandchildren, Greg Kobor and wife, Samantha, Leslie (Kobor) Barry and husband, Dave, Devanie Kobor, Samantha (Walters) Sweeney and husband, Kyle, and Jamar Wiggins; two great grandsons, Connor and Dylan; many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Thursday, August 25 from 11:00 Am to 1:00 P.M. at Richardson Funeral Home, 106 West St., Leominster.
