My sincerest condolences to all of the Hazard family during this difficult time. Uncle Phil was one of my favorite uncles. He had a great sense of humor and always visited us. He was a blessing! I'll be praying for you all.

My sincere regrets in the loss of your father and grandfather. I have not had much contact with Phillip since the end of WWII, but he was great fun. He was a first cousin to me. My father, Alpheus Hazard was a brother to Phillip's mother Ellen. May he rest in peace.
