Rene was a sweet and loving brother-in-law. He always had a big smile and never indicated how difficult it was for him to get around. He never let his handicap stop him from enjoying life and being a great husband, father and grandfather. No one can fill his shoes and he will be missed but he will be remembered with fond memories from a lot of family and friends. Glad he got to celebrate so many good years.

Kitty, We're so very sorry to hear about Rene's passing. Will & I will always remember what a hard-working guy he was; & how that wide infectious smile was always with him, along with the special twinkle in his eyes. You two were so fortunate to have had each other for such a long time. Try to take comfort in the fact that he's in a better place, without pain. Let us know if there's anything we can do to help you.
Love, Janie & Will
